General Rules
* We do not wish to see any obscene and rude remarks on our page. You must respect what we do as a club, so be nice ‘kay?
* DO NOT FAVE WORK HERE! If you wish to fave or comment on the picture, go to the original one which is located in a link.
* Can only submit one picture every two weeks. You’ll have to wait for our reply though, first.
* One deviation per note.

Joining

* Send a note saying that you wish to join. The subject should be something along the lines of ‘Join’.
* Write your name and your favourite Van Helsing character.
* Watch the club.
* Put the club icon into your journal or signature so that we could become widely-known on DA! You can do this by putting : iconVHFanArt : (without the spaces)
* You’ll have to wait for our reply of your acceptance into the group.
* Guess what? You can now start submitting! Over to the submitting rules…

Submitting

* ‘cause we are a Van Helsing club we only accept Van Helsing pictures! Pretty obvious, no?
* Make sure that it is your work, not someone else’s that you are submitting. We don’t want a cat fight breaking loose. Especially between a vampire and a werewolf.
* To submit you must send us a note. Not comment, note. It must include the following:
- Name/ Title
- Link to your original work
- Category whether its model stock, nature stock…you know what I mean
- Keyword(s). I will not accept “anything you want”.
* Make sure that your picture follows the DeviantART policies. If it was copywrited we will not submit it.
* Make sure that the note is along the lines of ‘Submit’, please.
